Discovery & Research
We start with a deep dive into your goals. Through a creative kickoff meeting, we define the narrative, aesthetic, and technical requirements to ensure our vision aligns with yours.

Concept & Pre-Production
Next, we script, storyboard, and design the world. You’ll receive visual milestones (style frames and boards) to approve the direction before we move into full production.

Production & Animation
Our team gets to work on the heavy lifting—modeling, rigging, and animating. We provide regular "work-in-progress" updates, allowing you to see the characters and environments come to life in real-time.

Refinement & Post
Once the animation is locked, we add the finishing touches: sound design, color grading, and visual effects. We offer a dedicated feedback loop to ensure every frame is perfect.
